Q: What makes Glacier Tact different from other tactical backpacks?
A: Glacier Tact is the only tactical backpack with a fully insulated oversized cooler compartment, adjustable side cupholders that fit bottles up to 64oz (depending on shape), and a design built from military-grade materials. Whether you're on the job, off-grid, or in beast mode at the gym — Glacier Tact has your back.
Q: How long does the cooler keep food cold?
A: Our cooler compartment features 10mm thick insulation that keeps your meals cold for 12–14 hours, depending on the ice pack used. Say goodbye to soggy meals and hello to all-day fuel.
Q: What size bottles fit in the side holders?
A: The cupholders are fully adjustable and secure — designed to hold anything from a slim can to a 64oz beast(depending on bottle shape), with a strap to lock it in tight.
Q: What’s the bag made of?
A: The outer shell is crafted from Waterproof Oxford 900D Polyester, making it abrasion-resistant and ready for rugged use. It’s also equipped with waterproof zippers to keep your gear dry, no matter what environment you’re in.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We’re currently in pre-sale, and orders will begin shipping on June 2025. As soon as your gear ships, you’ll get a tracking number straight to your inbox.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: During our pre-sale launch, shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S. only. We’re working hard to expand globally, so stay tuned.
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your Glacier Tact gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Q: What if my backpack arrives damaged?
A: We’ve got you. Email us at support@glaciertact.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll send out a replacement ASAP.
